Terms and conditions

General
It should be recognized that the :output bookshop is solely a platform for selling the :output 13 publication, and that it is a temporary operation. Every copy of the publication is unique, featuring a cover that is spray-painted by hand. This makes every book truly individual, and truly yours. Since every copy is sprayed individually there are differences in the quality of the artwork.

Payment:
The payment needs to be proceeded by Paypal
The prices of the book are individual and shown on each icon on the website. The prices are in Euro including 6% VAT (shipped within the Netherlands) and 0% VAT outside the Netherlands.

Shipping costs are added as follows:
International 9,50 Euro
Netherlands 3,50 Euro

Delivery
We ship each order within two working-days after receiving the payment notification.
The delivery time by post depends on the postal structures within one country.

Return policy
Once a copy is purchased, returns will only be accepted on the condition that the publication is damaged or defective.
